Alien Worlds Survey Contest Official Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
2. SPONSOR
The Alien Worlds Survey Contest is sponsored by Dacoco GmbH.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Contest, participants must complete the Alien Worlds Survey which consists of approximately 20 questions. The survey must be completed in full and submitted by April 3, 2025, at 23:59:59 UTC to be eligible.
5. ENTRY PERIOD
The Contest begins on March 19, 2025, at 00:00 UTC and ends on April 3, 2025, at 23:59:59 UTC. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
6. PRIZES
Three (3) winners will each receive 120,000 TLM. Ten (10) winners will each receive a Rare Alien Worlds NFT.
7. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be held on or about July 25, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified via the Telegram username provided in the survey submission within 30 days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within [Number] days from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her, and/or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Contest or receive the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and other individuals engaged in the development or execution of this Contest, from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of or relating to their participation in this Contest, or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received in this Contest.
10. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, participation in the Survey constitutes the winner's consent to Alien Worlds use of the winner's email and opinions, for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
11. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy, which can be found here.
12. DISPUTES
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants' rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the Terms and Conditions of Alien Worlds.
13. MISCELLANEOUS
Alien Worlds reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Survey, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Alien Worlds reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Survey or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
