Navigating Worker Proposals with Galactic Hubs Co-Funding

In the Worker Proposal System, Galactic Hubs Co-Funding offers an exciting opportunity to increase the scope and impact of your project. Through this program, Galactic Hubs collaborates with Union DAOs to share the total project cost.

Workers should view Co-Funding as a strategic way to unlock additional resources beyond Trilium funding. Co-Funding provides access to technical, marketing, and development support, helping projects reach their full potential.

How Co-Funding Works

  • Secure Intent to Fund from a Union DAO – Workers must first receive verbal or written confirmation that a Union DAO is open to funding their proposal.

  • Engage the Galactic Hubs Arbiter – Once a Union DAO expresses interest, Workers must reach out to the Galactic Hubs Arbiter to discuss Co-Funding before formalizing on chain their proposal.

  • Submit a Proposal – The proposal should outline the full project scope, deliverables, and a budget that reflects shared funding between the Union DAO and Galactic Hubs.

  • Funding Distribution – If approved, the Union DAO will fund their agreed upon allocation of TLM, while Galactic Hubs can contribute up to the remaining half.

Beyond Funding: The Benefits of Galactic Hubs Support

Projects approved for Galactic Hubs Co-Funding gain access to:

  • Technical Resources – Tools like Dacoco APIs and smart contracts to enhance project development.

  • Product Testing – Structured feedback loops to refine and optimize gameplay and features.

  • Marketing & Promotion – Targeted campaigns, and community exposure.

  • Arena Features & Stipends – Games can be featured in the Arena and receive monthly stipends.

  • Sponsored Tournaments – Potential support for in-game competitions and tournaments to boost engagement.
