In the dynamic environment of Alien Worlds, where leadership and stewardship are fluid, the need for stability and reliability for builders has never been more critical. While the ability to turnover Syndicate governance each week is necessary for safe political representation of the community, it is possible that builders could experience friction when working with Syndicates directly due to this turnover of the Custodians. What happens to a long term project if the Custodians of a Syndicate turnover and decide that they no longer wish to support that project? By creating a separate Worker Proposal system through which long-term projects can be supported we safeguard the continuity of those projects and agreements. This enhancement guarantees that the longer term projects being built will endure, providing a stable platform for growth and innovation.
Targeted Dispute Resolution
In any collaborative ecosystem, especially one as diverse and decentralized as ours, disputes can arise. Recognizing this, the Worker Proposal system will include a vital feature: a dispute resolution mechanism anchored by a mutually agreed-upon arbiter and an escrow account for each project. This proactive approach ensures that disagreements about worker output can be resolved fairly and efficiently as agreed at the outset by participants.
