2. Find a Union DAO Before submitting your proposal in the Worker Proposal system, a Worker reaches out to a DAO to pitch their idea and secure funding. Connect with a DAO to get funding for your projects

3. Find an Arbiter Worker also finds a trusted Arbiter to agree to step in in case of disputes between the Worker and the Union DAO. You can find them in section above
